Not that I had high expectations but the service department has to be the worst I have ever dealt with in my life! How hard is it to return a phone call or transfer my original call to the right department or order the parts for my recall and actually call me when they come in. Oh, but keep sending me text telling me I am overdue for regular maintenance.

Far and away the worst dealership and service department I have ever dealt with.
Just had great service having warranty work done on my Jeep JK! The service advisor was Blake Rouse and I will ask and wait to speak to him every time I need anything about my Jeep !
If I could I would give them zero stars. Do not buy from them. Sales manager was rude. General manager was racist. Very bad experience. Never again going back.
