Collierville CDJR has always been a great experience from sales to service. Daryl, Randy and CJ were and have been a pleasure to work with on purchasing several vehicles, all while Bennett, Blake and Chad are great to deal with on maintenance/service. What makes the Collierville CDJR experience better than typical, is that everyone continues to be helpful after the sale and they greet you by calling you by name. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Over the past 6 months I've tried 4 times to schedule service at this dealership and have gotten no response. 1st attempt online scheduling via their website. 2nd attempt via chat on their website. 3rd attempt direct phone call. 4th attempt via chat on their website. I have a recall on my airbags I'm trying to get fixed and it always ends with the same thing. "We will have to see if parts are available and will call you back." I have always enjoyed doing business with these people. They are up front with pricing and extremely fair. Chad Johnson is the device department has been my service writer and has always gone out of his way to take care of my needs. My vehicles have always been finished before the promised day and time. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know.
Service rep Chad has been great helping me with my 17’ Grand Cherokee. I had taken my Jeep to other Jeep dealers and Chad was the only one that diagnosed things correctly and got my car fixed. He was always friendly and kept me informed, even when it was crazy busy there. I watched as he did the same for other customers. I was impressed and won’t hesitate to take my Jeep back.
False advertising. Went on web and found the 2020 Ram 1500 4x4 I wanted to test drive. Also did on line trade in value from this dealer. Drove the truck and loved it. When it came to pricing they would not honor the price listed on the web site. GM said web price was wrong. They only offered 75% of the web quoted trade in value. The web info is used to get you in the door then they will not honor the numbers on the web. Also they held my trade in key until I demanded they give it back.
