If you quote a price, stick to the price quoted. And no I do not have that in writing as it was a verbal quote on the phone. Be honorable.
I was very happy with the service and with my new car but I realized that they abused me And they sold me the car at a higher price than what they offered on their Internet page. How sad to make fun of a customer like that.
Horrible. They always rip you off, tell you that you need to get more things fixed on your car then needed.The last time I had went to get an alignment they did such a bad job, I had to go to another place spend another $80 to get it adjusted. Also said I needed a new sub frame, so I went back home to my original mechanic and it was all fine.They will suck the money out of you. Definitely do not recommend.

I run a 6000 member page for parents whose students are in the Disney College Program. This is the one dealership that nobody has ever had anything good to say about. Most recently, they cheated a young intern out of $400. Go anywhere but this place. Anywhere.
We had an issue with our Pilot while on vacation. John in the service department took great care of us. I could not have asked for better treatment for my family. What could have been a huge detour for our vacation became only a minor issue thanks to John’s help.
Such a great experience buying a vehicle at Coggin Honda yesterday! Shawn Winn and Jorge v and several other staff gave us outstanding customer service. I typically hate car dealerships but this ones different, they make you feel welcome and work with you to get a good deal. So pleased with my experience!
