I bought a car there Saturday 6/27. The sales guy Jased was awesome but the finance guy was not. He slipped an extra $ 70.00 a month into the cost of my car with all sorts of warranty extras which he said I was getting for free.
RecommendedNew to Orlando and went to Coggin today for checkup. John Sinnerard represented customer service at its finest. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership/service area and the speed with which they took care of their customers. It's the new home for my Honda! Thank you, John!
Thank you Jeff Pender once again for a great job- this is now our third Honda he has sold us, and we couldn't be any happier. He worked to get us a great deal and never pressures any of us. The whole negotiating process was via email. The only hiccup at the dealership (absolutely no fault of theirs) was getting soneone from State Farm to answer the phone (on hold for almost 1/2 hours) so that the new VIN # could be givenm to them. Poor customer service, wouldn't recommend this place of business. Might actually hit your target in steps with all the run around and they never call you back 😡
