Andro was my service writer and he took great care of my car and me. didn't push or try to upsell any "extras". super polite, professional, and helpful. my son is a tech at a Honda dealer in Ky and my expectations are very high, Coggin far exceeded my expectations. so comforting to find such an honest and trustworthy dealer after moving to the area!!
My wife bought a new car from Coggin years ago. She received a new tag this year and we could not remove the old tag the dealership had torqued on too tightly. She stopped by today and asked if they could help change the tag. They told her it would cost $125 . Customer for life? Never again!!

I got call form a sale person and the phone hung up then the sale person called me back and left a bad message the person said it was rude that I hung up and he said he know that I would not do this to my mother or father .and then tell me to Call him back but after that message I would never buy car form a place that their sale people talk like this to a person they are trying sell a car too .So please they have bad custom service here be careful.
I love my Honda Civic I recommend coggin honda because they have a good costumers services
