My friend was so adamant that I just had to absolutely go to this dealership and with anticipation of going this weekend to look at a particular vehicle I’m just completely taken away by the experience she’s had since purchasing that it’s no longer an option. On the bright side it saves me 3 hours of a round trip.
Witnessed a conversation a co worker had with an employee named Jeff I believe in Sales. I can’t even begin to express the lack there of customer service that the representative provided. I feel like she barely even got the opportunity to give the reason for her call before JEFF opted to put his two cents in. RecommendedHighly highly recommend John Sinnerard if you’re needing service done to your Honda! I have had multiple issues with my CRV but John was always so helpful, upfront and honest with what needed serviced and why and then went above and beyond to help me find the best price. As a new resident of the Orlando area I didn’t know who I could trust working on my car and being honest with what needs serviced but can confidently say I’m glad I trusted Coggin Honda and will be back the next time my CRV needs serviced!
I went on Friday to Coggin Honda Orlando and one of his specialist Reda Benjelloun took care of my lease needs, excellent service Reda genuinely evaluated the necessities of my family looked for the best financial option all the team the Manager Kelby and the Financial Adviser Umair Nassir helped and contributed to help me find my best option in getting the car I wanted this is my second lease in Coggin Honda Orlando and definitely recommend them highly.
I brought my 2018 Civic in for service. Mat took great care to make sure that I would get the proper service. I thought I'd be waiting for hours, but before I knew it, the car was ready. Great atmosphere, movie playing, free water and coffee. Thank you so much!

I have bought 4 Hondas from this dealer in the lady 9 years. Last December I received a new car with a damage in the bumper. I have been in the dealer three times Asking its repair but they respond: We do not have a loaner available 2 months afters they have not fulfill the promise to fix it. I have a paper where this damage will be fix. This is the last business with this people.
