My first contact was over the phone with Raul , my salesman who was professional and informative. Upon arriving I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff. The sales process was quick and handled very well. The finance Manager Felix , was on point, very courteous, and professional in his demeanor. Went to have tires balanced and rotated, waited 2 hours to have truck serviced. After a couple of days went thru information screen in truck and noticed that they never bothered to check air pressure on tires, you would think that you are concerned about tire wear and are willing to spend $50, but are too lazy/busy to spend a couple of minutes to check air pressure.

VERY DISAPPOINTED, today I went to Coggin Honda of Orlando, for the first service of my 2018 Honda Civic. They Charged me near 20$ for TIRE ROTATING, something that they did not do. They even check the tires pressure, how is this possible in a Honda Dealer???
