Great customer service and is worth your money
Got an oil change yesterday. I had prepared myself for a several hr wait. In the past, at other dealers, I would have to wait 3 or 4 hrs. I walk in and they provide snacks, movies & comfy seats. So I was ready. Then 40 mins later they were already done! I appreciate the that they were way faster than the old place I use to go!
I love Coggin Honda-- had a great experience buying a used Jeep Cherokee--Kelby Coleman directed me to the right people to get the deal done-- Robert Smith -salesman and Brandon in finance used cars were great! look forward to 4 wheeling at my hunt camp-- best regards - Bill Coleman
Angel was extremely friendly the entire night. He never made us feel pressured to buy or to buy something we weren’t looking for. He and his trainees graciously stayed past closing to assist my husband and I. It was a very easy and smooth process to lease our car.
Their work is ok but their customer service skills are horrible. The body shop does NOT call back or send out estimates when they said they would. Horrible overall.
Carlos Mateo was great when I took my car in to be serviced. He gave excellent customer service.
Very bad people, care to sell only, once you signed the don’t even bother to listen to customer complaints, they don’t believe in customer loyalty or satisfaction, should not be in this industry.
I found all the features I was looking in the Honda CRV. Thanks to Daniel and Angel for all the information and service provided.
RecommendedI took my 2014 Honda Accord and Joseph Perez was very helpful. It was done in an expedited matter and a smile on his face the whole time. Will definitely be scheduling my service appointments with him 10/10
