I had been getting my 2013 Civic serviced here for 3 years. Matt Mendez was a tremendous asset to me in keeping that car in the best condition (will definitely continue to request him for my new car). I finally decided it was time for an upgrade recently. I had a fantastic shopping experience, from the exceptional customer service to the financial flexibility options. Gabriel Cuevas checked me in at Service and was very professional. He told me what was going to be done with car, the estimated price and wait time. After the work was done, he reset the tire pressure by hitting a button within my car. The waiting area was clean with plentyh of snacks to munch while you wait. I am from NJ and was just getting my car serviced for my 1100 plus miles trip back. I would recommend Coggins Honda anytime.
Courteous and knowledgeable staff, comfortable waiting area. My only complaint is that they do a crummy job of washing my car when they finish servicing it. This time there are greasy handprints on the trunk lid.
I talked to sales manager Jeff of Coggin Honda Orlando to inquire about purchasing a Civic Type R. He told me there is a mark-up in price and bragged about selling others for 15-20k over MSRP. I thanked him for the info and before I can ask more questions about those they had available, he asked “did I scare you?” and hung up the phone on me. This is rediculously rude and condescending. I hope that cooperate does something about the extremely low quality service of such employees to avoid losing potential buyers.
