The sales team was very good in helping me get the 2018 Accord sedan that I wanted. The process was easy. The internet sales rep, CJ, showed me the vehicles that I wanted to see and test drive. My only issue, in hind sight, was that I forgot to ask about Honda's $500 cash back offer. The sales team did not mention this in their final pricing. My overall visit was good. However, I give only three stairs because of the following. My last service visit there, they gave me a list of recommended items they suggest service should be done. One of the items was the air filters. This tells me they never bothered to look at the filters. I had changed the filters myself three months prior to.
