Roadside assistance was great in picking up my car and towing it to the dealership. When I called the dealership to let them know my car was on the way, I got a pleasant person at reception but she was not able to assist me and transferred me to service. No one answered the phone and I was put into a voicemail. I left a message and then called back. The same thing happened. No one ever called me back. Jose Morales did an excellent job is making the experience stress and hassle free. It was very open and honest, didn't feel like he was a car salesman and I appreciated that! Will definetly recommmend this location and HIGHLY recommend Jose, professional and very friendly!
