Shady experience, wouldn’t recommend. Extremely inaccurate description of the vehicle. Listed as stock and was extremely modified. So much so that I was afraid the warranty would have been void. Received loan documents that excluded warranty. Was told the warranty would come in the mail. I asked to wait to sign until getting the warranty documents and was told it had to be signed before midnight. Condition was as advertised. Doc fees for all these VA dealers are on the high side, but the price of the car was low enough that I have no complaints.
They found a better vehicle for me and delivered it themselves. John is a great sales man.
They hide fees even after I specifically asked for the out‑the‑door price. They called me to visit, but once I arrived, I was shocked to find several unexpected hidden fees. They also ignored the issues I pointed out with the car and didn’t offer to fix them. It was a complete waste of time. I’ll never visit again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent experience
Posted price was NOT the OTD price (before tax/tags/etc). Dealer reinstalled LoJack and tagged on Zurich - nearly an additional $4k. Insisted that it was part of the cost of the car. Period. No opting out. Further, I was passed off to a different associate upon arriving after making an appointment with someone else. And even after the initial test drive, received calls and texts from other people at the dealership reaching out to see if I was interested in test driving the car. Could not make deal on used Shelby gt 500. However, my sales person Troy was fantastic . I look forward to working with him again on future purchases.
Had a great experience with the salesperson Sean. He contacted me, set up an appointment and made the entire process quick and easy. He had so much knowledge of all the features on the car. Was 100% transparent with everything. Highly recommend
