I spoke with them once and they never reached back out to me about the vehicle, i called them multiple times. Will never deal with these people. Very rude and unprofessional to me. I spent my money elsewhere and paid cash for my Touareg.

The sales process was efficient and fair. The sales and finance team seemed genuinely interested in making the process straight forward and efficient. They went above and beyond to deliver my new car to my home to accommodate a personal issue. The car was delivered spotless and they replaced a leaky tire with a new one. Could not be more pleased and feel comfortable recommending this dealership without hesitation.
Solid service and attention but the post purchasing experience has taken longer than I had hoped for.
