This dealership will happily accept your down payment then still sell the vehicle you put money on without even calling you first. I was waiting on their finance dept call me back the afternoon after placing my down payment, only to call them for an update and learn they sold the vehicle I had signed and put my downpayment on. They then tried to convince me to purchase a different vehicle that didn’t even offer the same interior package. Literally the worst experience go anywhere else.
First impression...Worst experience so far. Via Cargurus I contacted this dealership and asked 2 questions under comments. Is the car CPO and what’s the absolute best OTD cash price for out of state buyer. A Few hours later The salesperson (Chris) responded with blah blah blah and this car is available. I wrote back that he must have missed my questions and if you could please get me the info that would be great. Next day Chris responds and only answered CPO question. Never called me, sent me an email stating that they could not get in touch. The car that is advertised for 10,931 is listed on their webpage for 14,931. When a deal seems too good to be true, it usually is....it's advertised in several places for 10k, I suspect just to get people interested...
Very happy with my experience with this dealer. Chris, Shawn and Amanda were really really helpful to me. Just a great car buying experience, and I got a beautiful vehicle at a very good price! Highly recommended!
