nice new building fast call back on my inernet inquiry, then it died there. Filled out a credit app-never heard back. Sales manager promised to send me a window sticker for a vehicle I was reviewing-never received. ent to another dealer up the street, crackerjack difference. The other dealer wantd my business. We recently purchased a pre-owned 2012 Routan from Coastal VW. We traveled from Haverhill, MA to Hanover to test drive the van and ended up purchasing it. John Tangeman, our dealer, was extremely knowledgable and professional and made the experience of buying a car stress-free. We will definetely return to John at Coastal in the future for another VW.
