They contacted me immediately on a Sunday. We set up an appointment to see the car the next day. The Tiguan was in excellent condition. The sales person Linda was great. She took care of all of our needs and made the purchase easy. We love the car! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Car went to test drive was not mechanically sound. It was clear that they never checked it and the woman’s hair who owned the car previously was all over the car. The car left Axle was broken, inside the cabin, the air vent shutter was also broken, and the engine light was on. He mentioned that their mechanic will look into all of these issues and get back to me, but never heard back from him
The dealer was patient and courteous.
