Horrible experience! Dealer wouldn't honor the advertised price. Added $2500 for "dealer add-ons" that I didn't want and wouldn't budge. After driving an hour and spending 2 hours trying to come to terms, I left. Dealer kept calling for days to beg us to reconsider, but never agreed to sell it for the advertised price. So, I got a brand new one for what they wanted for a used VW with 8k miles. Buyer beware! Very unpleasant, icky experience.

It seemed like a scam . The truck had 3 different tires on it ( different brands and different treads ) and they tried to act like it was totally normal to sell a SUV that way . Super low-balled us on the trade-in even though we had an offer for our trade-in . I wouldn’t deal with this dealership again.
I contacted the dealership to confirm availability of the vehicle and setup an appt to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership I was informed that they had sold the vehicle over the weekend. I've found that this happens more than it should. Mastria didn't seem to think it was a big deal. I should have known better....I have never had a pleasant experience in one to f their dealerships.
This dealership is excellent. Iâve brought my Atlas Crossport in a couple of times and they have been very helpful - answered questions, topped off my coolant that was causing a sensor to turn on, changed the cabin filter while I waited.
