Very attentive
Scheduling a test drive that was convienient for me was an easy first step. I think worked with both Greg, a manager, and Derek, a salesperson when I got to the dealership. They were both friendly, relaxed and attentive. After deciding to move forward with my purchase, we hit an unexpected snag. Within 24 hours of purchasing a used 2016 Hyundai Veloster from this dealership, I discovered a significant oil leak that was not disclosed prior to sale, despite being told the vehicle had passed a multi-point inspection.
