Lance reach out to me through the internet and we made phone contact later that day. He's very helpful, answered all my questions in regards to the car. I'm so fat very satisfied with Lance and Coastal VW.
Besides being sent to the wrong location at my very first visit (they should have communicated this to me the night before, not 10 minutes before my appointment), everyone was very friendly, they were efficient and had a proper price break-down. Test driving the car was great since I knew what I wanted and today I am very happy with my purchase. This dealership is pretty good and I would recommend to others to visit them.
Waiting for callback. Went and they brought a different car, a Golf wagon, to test drive. They then said they didn’t have the title and wouldn’t have a price for 2 weeks!!! I asked to drive other cars and they couldn’t find the two they had offered. After so much confusion they asked if I could come back. AWFUL DEALERSHIP. I had an appointment to test drive a car and when I got there (over an hour away) they didn’t have the car. No one called me or let me know. These people are totally incompetent and awful. Save yourself the trip. If I could give zero stars I would

Incredibly disappointing experience! We had scheduled to test drive two cars. The dealership had an entire workday to prepare both cars we requested, somehow that was not enough time for them as it took them more than half an hour to find the cars on the lot once we showed up for our appointment. One of the cars we wanted test drive was not cleaned, filled with dirt and leaves, Starburst wrappers all over the car, and dog fur.
