My wife and I purchased two Cloud Soft toilet seats well over fifteen years ago, at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Exchange. We were impressed by the quality and the unique design of the seats. All metal hardware and high quality materials were used on both. When one (the one used every day) finally began to split, we began our search for a new one. I have used Cloud Soft seats for at least 20+ years and they are the nicest padded seats on the market. I happened to order a new one just when the company was making a move, so it has taken about 5 months for it to be delivered. I contacted Jacquelyn several times during that time about my order and she was very prompt and pleasant in addressing my questions. I won't hesitate to order other.

Finally received my new Cloud Soft Seat and it's GREAT. It's like a new piece of furniture. Thick quality materials. Very impressed. I had a long wait, but I'll never buy another brand again.

These are the best quality padded toilet seats I have come across. I had my last seat for 8 years and decided to go with a new color. The new rubber bumpers are a great feature. Good luck with finishing up your move, we're glad Cloud Soft Seats are still around.
