A delight to do business with. Although the recall came out in August 2017 and they finally got the part in in January of 2018, the whole crew were exceptionally kind and caring and saw to my every need!
Best Ford dealership in all of DFW, I've been to Arlington, Granbury even Greenville and this is the best I've dealt with, the only thing I miss is the free car wash/vacuum that I always got in Arlington.
The visit for the needs I had concerning a used Ford vehicle I had purchase from another Dealer in east Texas were addressed and taken care of perfectly thanks to My Hometown Ford Dealer whom I have been using since my first visit there in 2010.
I am 58 years old, and have never had such a great buying experience. The salesman, finance professional, and the entire staff that I interacted with were quality folks that didn't blow smoke up the proverbial .......! I will return any time it is time to purchase again, or to have service. I drove 35 miles to the dealership, and I am sold on returning whenever I need anything for this, or any other vehicle I own.
The people at Cleburne Ford are fantastic. Even though I got to the dealership late. John Davis and the entire got the deal done and still made it to their Christmas party. Words cannot explain how happy I am to be in my F-250. Because another Ford dealership in Burleson really screwed up my credit by running my credit 7 times in a 8 day period plus I never gave them approval to do so. So just as I was losing hope. Very fast very friendly, very close to where I live! Excellent job!
My first experience was a 5 star experience. They fixed my truck the same day I brought it in at an affordable price. With a positive experience I returned with my truck for a new issue. 10 weeks later I got my truck back. 6 weeks of that fall on the shoulders of the dealership. The other 4 weeks are on my insurance company. Regardless, it was a complete waste of weeks when it took one day to find the issue and one day to fix the issue.
