RecommendedExperience was not the most pleasant... They offer online scheduling for service appointments and then when I get there they tell me "well our techs are at lunch during this time and we don't set up appointments for during this time when you call to schedule them" Better customer service would be to fix your online scheduling system or calling someone when you see they are on the daily schedule for a time that isn't going to work with the technicians instead of wasting the customers time to come up there and then have to res... read more

I had a great experience this week purchasing a vehicle at Cleburne Ford!
Called this morning and made appointment to have new tires installed. Took vehicle right in when I arrived and also did a recall while there. Short time later I am on the road. Very courteous staff and comfortable clean waiting room.

The service department is always very professional and accommodating.
I told them what I wanted, and when we drove up to look, there it was (and we parked right beside it.) We couldn't be happier with our new car. It has most of the bells and whistles - everything we wanted. They really worked with us to get us a price we could afford, and everyone we saw was friendly and courteous. They have given us several "lessons" on how to use all the features and have told us to come anytime for help. Definitely would recommend trading here!
