After trying to get my truck fixed due to damage caused during a repair at an independent shop and unsuccessful attempts at another Ford dealership, Steve Reynolds and the guys at Cleburne Ford took the time and effort to thoroughly troubleshoot and repair the damage to an electrical harness that was causing intermittent issues. Purchased a 2019 Raptor from Mark Powell- best experience I’ve had buying a new vehicle.
I bought my 2018 Ford Fusion in May of last year. It has every option you can imagine which makes driving safe and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful leaving no details too small to discuss. For that reason I traveled back to Cleburne from Rockwall for my 1st oil change paver a year later (still less than 8,300 miles on the odometer) I am retired. It took only 1 1/2 hours for EVERYTHING!
