You charged $125.67 and $99.76 for parts. When I googled parts the most expensive I found them was $73.73 and $34.96 from Ford Parts Giant. I can understand making a profit from parts but this is outrageous.
Mark and Al are awesome and make the process so smooth and were very helpful. Go see them if you are looking at purchasing a new vehicle. Love Cleburne Ford!

My vehicle was there for 8 days. When it was ready service department informed me that there was a snake in my hood and they would not get it out. I went to pick up truck and said as a female whom is deathly afraid of snakes I would not get snake out. All 3 service guys refused to help. Finally got upset and got manager who came out with attitude and told me he never said they wouldn’t get snake out which was exactly what I was told. The way I was treated was disrespectful

My husband and I went on Monday, with only plans to test drive vehicles to see what we were comfortable in. Jason Mickey was the sales man assisting us. he was very informative and laid back. Going to a Dealership can be a dreadful experience, but not with Jason.
