I have dealt with many dealerships throughout the years and this one has probably been the worse. The service manager doesn't have a clue as to how to handle customers, yes my car was brought in on a Saturday when their hours are short, but was told it would be Monday before a tech could look at it, and he put me down for Tues , I had to be the one calling checking on my car, Wed I get a call that the car is ready, drop the rental car off WHICH I wasn't informed would be out of my pocket since they don't have loaner cars( ca... read more

Good people, friendly and makes it easy to work with them.
I brought my truck in for a recall from out of town. Plans fell through from a friend who was supposed to pick me up at the dealership and I thought I was going to be in for one long day sitting and waiting. Steve was the best!!!! He got me in and out fast and had a stellar personality! Thanks for the great service!

We love everyone at Cleburne ford. They really are awesome, and go above and beyond. John Davis and John Cummings are a great sales/financing team. We have purchased our last 4 cars there.
