RecommendedThere service department is Outstanding! I recently met with Don Paschen in the Service Department and he helped me with my F-150. He was kind enough to get me a ride home from the dealership and a return trip to pick up my truck. I will definitely continue to use Cleburne Ford and will consult them on my next vehicle purchase! Customer Service is second to none!
RecommendedWe bought a new F-150 on Monday 08/20/2018. We later discovered that the pickup didn't have some things we wanted so we went back on 08/21 and met with our salesman, Jaime Pierce, and General Manager, Al Archer. They were both awesome and we ended up in a totally different F-150 that was loaded and had everything we wanted and more. It was also quite a bit less expensive that the first one!! This was all done with no complaint from the dealership people!! First rate experience!!! Thanks Cleburne Ford!!
