The service department was beyond helpful. They answered my questions and did everything they could to make sure my car was taken care of! Steven was so kind and I was very impressed with the customer service! I live an hour away, but I’ll definitely be using them again!
We bought our truck last year and have had it serviced twice now. Each time I called for appointments we were set up for service. The prices were always great and if problems were found they were explained to us by the service manager. We know what to look for further upkeep on our vehicle. We were told the wait was 1 1/2 hours but it was less time then expected. The experience with the service department was great!

Bought my first ever ford truck from cleburne ford this year and just had my first service done this last week . Tamara set up my appointment for me at a time I could have it done. I was given a daily reminder until the day I was scheduled. Everything went smooth and on time . Knowing the car is in the hands of FORD/Motorcraft technicians when I minor repair is needed is a reason. The fat that the crew at Cleburne Ford know their is just icing. Courteous, prompt, included me at every turn. Just a joy.
