Excellent service, excellent staff, the waiting area was very clean and had fresh coffee, by far the best Ford dealership in my opinion. Cleburne Ford management should be proud of their staff and how they take pride in and conduct their business.
My F150 had developed a distinct "pulse" when braking, so I called in and spoke with Stephen Finstad (Service Director). He set me up with an early appointment for the following morning. Upon arrival, I met with Steve Reynolds and they promptly got my truck checked in, diagnosed, and on the rack for repair. They had all four rotors machined and back on the truck in short order. I'll be going back to see them in 2500 miles for the next scheduled service. I'm not easily impressed ... but these folks impressed me!
Took a truck in for service with a complicated problem and asked them to diagnose it . They gave me a price and through no fault of their own had a part failure that could have potentially tripled the repair cost , after a short discussion I was assured they would resolve my issue and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue with no further charges beyond what we initially agreed too. Here's the gist; I knew the low/high end value of my trade in. You insulted me, and my intelligence, by shooting me a value well below the norm. You, then, had the audacity to look at me like I was wasting your time! Shame on you! Spread the word, these guys want your money, not your business.
