I have used the body shop once this year in March for my Ford Fusion to be repaired and they did an awesome job. Well this past week unfortunately I was hit from behind again right down the street. I called the car rental place in Cleburne and they had no cars available. I called the dealership and was able to drive there and the manager over service and the body shop went above and beyond to help me. A week ago I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape from Cleburne Ford. I had previously looked at Buick, Chevy, & Nissan for a small SUV. I have always been a Ford fan, but wanted to see my options. By far, I got the best deal at Cleburne Ford! We are moving to Texas from Bonney Lake, Washington and while we were in Alvarado picking up our new Motor Home we went to Cleburne Ford to get a new car that can be towed behind it. Justin approached us in the lot and started helping us. He researched the Ford website and found that the Taurus was the best small car for towing. It took me a little over a week to decide exactly which truck to buy. My previous truck was a Dodge. I'll have to say, Jerry San Miguel was my sales consultant, and he was so patient with my indecisiveness! He's the opposite of a high pressure salesman. He's great! Thank you Jerry, so much for all of your help! I love my new Ford F-150 Lariat! Everyone at Cleburne Ford made my truck purchase a great experience! From sales, finance and management.
