Words can't even express how upset I am.Let me start off by saying we are hardworking honest people I was told by Clayton homes of Rome ,Ga that the home that we wanted was on the lot and ready to go our financing was complete we had been approved for well over the amount needed to buy the home.I was told by Alan Merrell the so called salesman that he would summit everything to our bank and have us in our home ASAP.To start the price he gave me changed and increased 16,000 more than what I was told,ok so we went on with ever... read more

Unfortunately after trying for a week or so we found out that it was in a different state and we were not allowed to transfer applications. I brought my mobile home in April 2021 and when we moved in we walk through it with two different people and told them there is a weak spot in the kitchen and they have not fix it yet. My heating and air unit was leaking two days before the warranty ran out and I called to find out that the warranty started when the mobile home was set up in March, this was not told to me. The worst experience ever at the Southern Homes of Statesboro lot in Statesboro, GA . The owner doesn't care who hires even his Biker Buddy **** who swills beer together a few nights a week. No customer is ever right in the owners eyes and even cussed at me on the phone! Great Buyer experience- Definitely Not! I went to the lot for a walk thru when it arrived to check it out. This company derserves no stars . I purchased a 2020 farmhouse on 6/20 & still to this day the home isn't finished. The walls were not sealed, meaning you could see in the next room, sinks in the bathrooms where placed crooked, ceilings had cracks, kitchen had so many issues, doors leaked & not placed on correctly, but most importantly the outside. if i could give this business a 0 I would. Your Conway Arkansas location is absolute ****** My husband and I purchased out home almost a year ago, and we have has nothing but issues out of it. Our current issue is that our frame is crowning. Yup that's not very safe. they tell us it a manufacture error and they also keep telling us that they will send someone out there and no one ever shows imagine that. I would not recommend anyone to buy from ******* Homes.

They lied about everything got my money and ran my credit just to not even put effort into starting my house I had to find land and everything I called they knew my number and didn't answer so we called Clayton homes to reach the person I needed them they lied about perk test and then found out they made up a date I just said I want my money back I waited a year and a half DO NOT GO TO CLAYTON HOMES GREER they are awful... I recommend EVERYONE to avoid considering a purchase with ******* homes, Decatur, Al. I walked in their office on Dec3,2021 and explained that my lease will be up at the end of February. Next Mary **** begin to say this process will be perfect because it only takes 4-6 weeks. All lies. I submitted my app and started the process. Needless to say, Mary **** asked for my 1,000 deposit in December and quoted me at one price but in Jan had me come in her office and had me to sign a sales agreement which by now the price has incre... read more

I do not recommend my dog to get a house from them because the home they built for me is nothing. I am having so many issues with that home. Their people in Pocomoke Maryland office don't give a rats butt about it because they already got paid for it. Anything their own employee is not even considering buying a home from them he looking for other builder or company to build his. My home needs to be built over seriously.
