In reference to you sending 3 men from your plant this past weekend to do the necessary repairs on my home…..yes, they did arrive on Sunday afternoon to do the roof repair. Jesse, the young man in charge came in my home and looked at alot of things to be fixed. We both agreed that he would not open up my roof to do the necessary repairs in the RAIN. I am now waiting for Steve, the man in charge to reschedule my repairs. I would love some communication ??.
I bought a brand new 2022 Clayton home last year in Sept 2023. It had never been lived in. I have had numerous calls out to this company ….first my smoke/carbon detectors go off when I cook toast…not burnt . This started in Nov of 2023. They have installed different ones 2 times. Still going off. Then in Dec 2023 I noticed I had a leak in my furnace room. I was treated with the most disrepect I have ever seen. Our experience with Clayton Homes has been highly disappointing since purchasing the Farmhouse Breeze three years ago, encountering persistent issues. The setup process was arduous and required constant oversight to ensure completion of basic tasks. While some laborers were commendable, others, notably the trim finishers, exhibited poor work habits, working late into the night and leaving the premises in disarray. I don' t know about anyone else, but my ongoing experience with Clayton Homes in Hixson TN is so bad and they are still saying they are listed on the BBB, I am going to file a complaint. It is shocking a business with a 1.34 rating can still be in business.
I bought a 2023 mobile home from Clayton homes. And since the day I bought it it leaks every window. They have been here to fix it but did a bad job still leaking. Now it's been a year the floor moves and loose flooring leaks from the vent hood. Door water leaks every time it rains ?? so tired mold in backdoor. Never fixed still coming back

Last month, we went out and did some courtesy work which included the windows, along with courtesy work from our home building facility. With the home being over one year out of warranty, we would advise contacting insurance regarding any leaks.
We bought a Clayton Home in Eastern Tennessee a year ago. We were not allowed to set foot inside while they delayed and messed around for 5 months. When I finally forced my in they gave me 30 minutes to find all the flaws and thought I would agree that I did not have the full 30 days to give them a list. It's a long story. But the the house was set on less than a foot of clay with grass and topsoil right under the surfact and standing water causing sinking problems. ZERO Stars, not ONE! This office in Albuquerque, NM is really horrible. My husband was an employee there for about 6 months and when he tried to give his 2 weeks notice they denied it and just told him to leave. They also told him that he had 3 days of leave for a family funeral and then they also denied him 1 of those days. BBB you should look into this company because they treat their employees horribly and expect them to choose between the job and family, in this case, a funeral.
