They take advantage of customers,lie,put in no effort, broken homes,they don't care. 2 years to get into a clearance home that was a floor model. Robert Bula is a scam artist. The furniture that was in the home was destroyed and water logged. It's been 5 months and my brand new home has had almost an entire renovation and it seems to be ongoing. Absolutely would not recommend buying a Clayton built home, we have lived in our 2021 Clayton Anniversary for less than 3 years now and it is falling apart from top to bottom. Anything and everything that can leak in this house does. The amount of things we have had to repair ourselves is extensive. The kitchen sink has leaked on and off since the day we moved in. All of the trim has been falling off, the house was poorly built. The floor has shifted and ruined the laminate flooring in multiple places throughout the house. T... read more

Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any issues until the home was out of warranty. All issues made aware of were cosmetic-related, which fall under a 30-day warranty. We have no record of contact from you during the one-year manufacturer's warranty period.
I wrote a review back in April on here. Well they finally had crews working on my home. They tried to speak with spoke with one person and she stated that the well was done and a couple of hours later I received an email from manager with apologies and a long list of things one being that the well would be 100% completed by May 3. The year 2022 was the year I made the WORST MISTAKE of my life. Clayton Homes does not care about you and your family. we asked Clayton homes to have our roof inspected and they did. MANAGER of Clayton homes never mentioned to us that the roofer told them the entire roof needed to be replaced. that was in December of 2022. In June 2023 I notified them via email with a video of the bathroom exhaust fan leaking. they sent out their handy man and he blew it off. the state of arkansas did not get moisture reading at their visit.... read more

Worst experience we’ve ever had. Dealing with the manager has been nothing but one let down after another. I would NOT recommend Clayton Home of Glen Jean WV! It will always be a regret for us!

I'm not satisfied at all floors are popping up nails popping marriage line not together I get different story everytime I call worst experience ever dealing with this supposed to have carpet and new lino over six months ago still nothing air coming in windows never again

Once the sale is done, don't bother trying to call the sales office or representative you made the transaction with. They actually DENIED ever knowing anything about the sale. I gave them the Invoice and Serial Number and the guy on the phone just laughed and said "yeah, never heard of you buddy..." and I could hear the other guys in the background laughing and making comments about "what an a-hole" etc. Just wanted some basic information about the ANSWER M375. I closed on my home Dec 11, 2023 & given a Feb 14,2024 attentive date. Well February came & left. Went into March excuse after excuse finally towards end of March the house was placed on the lot. I was paying storage fees here in NC & GA where I relocated from. I’m paying a hefty payout each month for these units. Now we are in April and for 3 weeks no work has been done! NOTHING AT ALL! Visited Clayton Homes of Homosassa, Florida on September 2, 2023 and met with Grant. Only spoke about 1 home and nothing else. Signed documents and paid for the home, IN FULL (bad idea) on September 20, 2023. Home was ordered and then delivered to my uncles property on December 11th. Permits were submitted first days of January and permits approved January 8, 2024. It came to my attention on January 10th that the home on the property is not the home I chose and purchased.
