I purchased a spec home in 2023 that was already put on the property. Since that time I have had nothing but problems with this home. My kitchen cabinets were sagging, their remedy was to slop some spackle at the top. They installed my dishwasher incorrectly which when first used leaked all over the floor and down under the house which saturated my insulation in a 3 x3 foot area which they said they came and replaced. Visit establishment fell between steps and mobile home coming out of one went to hospital bruises on my left thigh knot on left foot on crutches and they called it a no fault accident in they part now and refuses to pay now I am 64 years of age and I thank God it wasn’t worst but I am still in pain and bruised and they refuses to talk to me but I think color plays a part in that decision because if it was they mother the outcome would of been different

They rope you in with their nice looking models and smooth talking salesmen, but as soon as you pay up and sign the paperwork it all goes to shit. Communication is non-existent, timelines are not even close to being met, their contractors just show up whenever they feel like it, a few of whom were quite disrespectful not only to us but to our property (ie: leaving garbage and water bottles full of piss just laying around, without even attempting to clean up after themselves). Our home was delivered & set up in Feb/March 2022. The dealer ignored emails about problems. Magically the short one year warranty ran out. By September 2023, I noticed there was water in a crack in the flooring (that was never repaired). We stopped using the master shower because of the leak. Then we had to put thing on hold while I dealt with breast cancer. After having to deal with the insurance company, because it’s considered water damage and plumbing problems; we finally got money to fix it. The floor is rotten because... read more

They are under the impression that you have everything you need to complete your repairs. I would like to say this has been a nightmare. We bought our home in February of 2022 a buccaneer home, from Clayton homes of Dublin, during the pandemic. We fell in love with this home. But started having troubles from the before the keys were handed over. They told me to make a list of things that we saw that needed repair. Which I did. I know see I should have made a copy of it before handling it over to them. They were so very hard to get ahold of in reference to repairs. I purchased a home in February 2012 and from day one we have had problems from plumbing to having to get the rugs replaced more than once because two different tubs wasn’t put in correctly from the walls and floor sinking in to having black mold come out the bathroom to another room where my grandkids sleep it’s so many issues and I have complained and told them more than once I don’t like this one bit.

Won't even contact me about the home I've purchased i have uneven flooring and nail holes in every room outlet that will not work. Lumps in my flooring they cut pieces of the flooring and glued it back down they cut the refrigerator and left it. My back door wont shut unless dead bolted its been set 4times still wont shut they will not contact me at all. Its been this way since i moved in in February 2024 and i havent heard anything back after countless calls and emails. Dont ever buy from them.

The ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY ! Give you a price and it’s wrong but won’t fix it. Tell you that your home will be move in ready by Christmas, it’s June and still no move in time in sight! Will not get things done unless you drive them crazy and they still drag their feet!!! Manager is a damn worthless person who has no good morals. The project managers do not care and won’t get the jobs done in a timely manner! Crane was hired the day before delivery?!?! House was sitting on lot for almost 5 months before they actually delivere... read more
