Purchased a home in May 2025 from the Richland Missouri location home was ordered and built in AndersonVille TN. Upon moving in to the home it was nothing like the one they showed me. VERY POORLY PUT TOGETHER. All the trim is falling off not cut to the right length and it's really cheap trim they covered in white wallpaper to make it white. Buying our home was supposed to be a great experience. It’s was not though. Over priced us a home. The home wasn’t setup properly. The floors have buckled and molded. The windows weren’t installed correctly. The roof was molded and the just put paint on it said it was good to go. Currently experiencing a leak in my roof coming through a light fixture. In 2024, my husband and I purchased a mobile home (paid in full). The buying experience was pleasant. It was delivered and an inspection crew did the walk through with us to go over items that needed repaired/replaced. On June 4, 2025, I contacted Jordan, the warranty guy, with all the issues and pictures. Several items were taken care of in June. Got our house in 2024 delivered January 2025 and moved in March 2025 and on 10/20/2025 the floors in the kitchen and possibly the whole house, have mold under the house and came through the floor and rotted all the wood in the kitchen and had to be replaced….. worst experience ever… basically everyone we’ve talked to made it out to be “oh that’s condensation, oh that was from a leak, or oh that’s because we don’t remove walls” . They have the poorest quality homes. Already in under a year having to have my floors replaced. I had to have wiring redone in all bathrooms due to outlets not working. The cabinets were falling apart in 6 months. Too many more complaints to list. They have no conscience or ethics. I bought a clayton mobile home in 2020. Looked so pretty at first. Water damage from dishwasher, electrical problems throughout trailer. Lost central and air and heat. Not under warranty any more and cost to much to repair. Suffer through summer, but don't know what to do in winter! Molding falling off around seams and doors (if you can call it molding! I bought my Clayton home from Clayton Homes of Glendale AZ in December of 2023. Although I love the layout and design of my home, the quality is extremely bad. Arizona is known for monsoons and this particular year showed me how bad my home was actually built. During my 6 month period to report any issues and have them addressed, I reached out to the company about 10 times to have leaks in my roof and windows fixed.
