Every time I have been here it's been a complete run around!!!
I have been going to the V.A. in Clarksburgh for 10 plus yrs.. I can't remember a time that I wasn't treated with respect and compassion..As a matter of fact..I had a scope done yesterday and today the nurse Joyce called me twice to check on me and make sure I was ok..in my book that's caring for your patients..I also go to Pittsburgh V A and usually get the same treatment..
I have been going there for 30 years and had no major problems with the service they provided to me.
I am so thankful that we have this facility in the Clarksburg, WV area. They have tried to solve every problem I have brought to their attention. Other facilities in this area are very slow to schedule test. Most likely if they order test they will be promptly handled.
Your kiosk check in machine didn't notify my doctor i was there. I sat waiting patiently till my doctor seen me sitting and waiting so he asked his staff " has kevin griffin been checked in yet"? They checked and no! Blood drawn 2 hours before. Thanks Doc! �
At this point it is below Poor. How many times do you have to go to the ER for the same problem before something is done? Tomorrow, I will call Mr. Snyder, if no response, I will go higher...Sick and tired of patch work..
