Staff and patients are always so polite and courteous with everyone. It's nothing like a typical for-profit health care experience.
The staff and doctors are very professional. I have never had any problems with this hospital.

My late husband was always treated very well, and we hardly ever had an extremely long wait time. When you go and see all the patients there, I wonder how they do manage to see them all. But obviously they do. My husband was not a person who demanded things or thought he was "entitled" to things other people were not. He treated everyone courteously and I beleive they, in turn, treated him with respect. After all, he got every thing free (total disability), so why in the world would you even think to complain? Quit giving us the run around when we try to get info by just passing us off to the next unknowledgable individual
Every moment I am at the Clarksburg VA Center, I feel that all the personnel that I come in contact with are concerned and interested in my well being! My primary care provider leaves no stone unturned in the quest to see what I need. Best I have seen of three centers.
Because you are 100% Service Connected and the homeless section does not understand your situation and they believe that you are wasting your money on waste things and don't look at traumatic situations. They pretty much say you are on your own. I served my country and I feel as if they just leave you out for the wolves. You thank me for my service and send me on my way wanting me to leave my wife behind and put my dog in the pound. Kudos for the assistance. Put yourself in my situation, I didn't ask for my mishaps.
