We signed up for HealthEVet yesterday (we hadn't heard of it previously) and Ramona was fantastic! She walked us through it step by step and answered every question we had. This is an amazing service for vets, and I would encourage all of them (and their caregivers) to sign up for this. It helps us keep tabs on Dad's lab work, visits and even doctors notes during the visits or the nurses notes when we see them. They have been extremely kind and helpful. Have had appointments on time, been assigned to nurse station instead of doctor and waited three hours to be seen but that was on top of waiting for the pharmacy to bring up the injection drug. These are just bumps in the road and over 95% of the time all goes extremely well. I feel very blessed to have these people and hospital looking after me!
The va at Clarksburg and wood co wv as always treats me great all vary nice people shoes care and respect ✊🇺🇸🇺🇸👍❤️
It's a great place for the Veterans who served there time to keep us safe & the hospital takes very good care of our veterans which we appreciate very much, job well done
Has been getting better. My wait time is shorter and the staff I dealt with were extremely pleasant and helpful. When I stared going there about ten years ago it was a different story. They all seemed to be overworked, impatient and you felt like you were a burden to them by just being there. Now, even the operators are much nicer. Hope it continues.
Good experience seeing the ENT Dr on Friday, after having a hearing test on Monday evening. I think.Clarksburg VA does an excellent job serving VETS at least in my case. Personnel I have come in contact with these past 10 years have been gracious attending me. KUDOS to Clarksburg VA.
It is an awesome place to go...My husbands app. was 9:40 and he saw the Dr, and we were on our way back home on Rt.50 at 9:35....Before even time for his app.......Could not ask for better service or friendlier people...Thanks again ... <3
