I had a procedure done this morning and I must say!! I have never dealt with a more friendly and professional group of medical staff in my life!! Stress??? What stress?? Lol!! I was in and out quickly. I was told what to expect before and after. Some staff I knew and some I didn't!! I was so impressed with everyone!!!
I was at the ER the other day, wait time was only minutes and the doc who saw me was very good as was the care I received, luckily I was in and out with a shot and medication in minutes.
So much depends on the primary care doctor you are assigned, and it's sad they seem to come and go so fast. And maybe they are so overworked, they can't keep up with the analytics for their patients conditions. Either that or some of them just might be incompetent, not all since others shine.
My husband was at the er yesterday and we were both impressed they were swift to get him in and very professional and polite all the staff we both give them a 100 very good to to both of us
Nurses were great,loved the new Dr. he had,waiting wasn't long.
