Orthopedist. Last time I was there, was called back 1.25 hours late... had a consult with a foreign lady about my knee, mri confirmed tear in meniscus.. again. Was given a cortisone shot and told to come back in 3 months... so I got a referral for outsourcing at my clinic.. clarksburg again did a horrible job and sent half of the mri films to this dr, he looked at it and asked if I was ready to be scoped and have it cleaned out.. that simple.. now I have to get the rest of the mri pics sent over and I’m getting on their sche... read more
They all have provided me with the best care ever since I started going there...
When my Dad was in there . He got the best care . Weather it was Drs or Nurses or other staff. The compassion n care he got really can't be put into words. I will thank them n stand up for them till I die. Thanks VA Hospital for making my Dad's last days comfortable n caring so much .
You could supervise your doctors and staff so that you know what they are doing. I had an operation done that eventually cost me a kidney. The operation did not involve the kidney except that a stint was placed over the renal artery. I do feel that had Dr Sonny Tucker had been watched after the surgery that corrective measures could have been taken that would have saved my kidney. Your admin should do more to protect the vets from doctors that make mistakes and try to hide the fact instead of try to get help.
Always top notch care, and the facility is continuing to upgrade.
