My wife had to go for an eye appointment--to her surprise she got treated very well and it was more professional and caring than what she experienced in the past--we both witnessed the new construction going on, but more impressive was the kindness and efficiency-- and THIS time NO ONE asked was she sure SHE was the vet--Thank you for the improvements...William L. I went to this VA Med Center today for the first time. I had a dentist appointment and all I can say is the folks there were very kind. The tect I seen was Jenifer (I believe) and she was excellent. Also talk with the folks at the eye clinic and they were very accommodated in making an appointment on the same day I have another appointment. Hopefully my future visits will go as well as today's. Thanks for your service to me and all Veterans. Robert
Hat's off to the ER staff. I went in the other morning with an abscessed tooth and a spreading infection. I was on my way out the door 45 minutes later after being triaged, treated, and issued a bag full of antibiotics and OTC painkillers. Fast, friendly, efficient service that saved my bacon until I can get in to the dentist. Thanks, folks.

You hurried his appointments through the last few weeks and scheduled his surgery quickly.
