For as much as you could love a visit to the VA Hospital, I'd say 5 star and friendly, caring, service to my husband and I. Nothing but good to say.
Hubby there for just a shot. Shame it couldn't have been given at local office. Process pretty quick. Polite but not overly polite.
Each visit I get freindly, respectful and professional care. Both, Mental Health and my Primary Care Provider, work to privide me with a excellent holistic treatment. Your Optometry exceeds any treatment from outside care. I thank your staff, for working with me, to make the guality of my life, healthier and better!
I ran into an ongoing problem during my visit yesterday. Spinally injured, I am eligible for transportation. I drive a power chair as I have very limited transfer and walking capability as an incomplete quadriplegic. A couple years ago the hospital renegotiated their contractor. Prior to that all I did was call, a handicap wheelchair van was dispatched. I was taken to my appointment then returned home. Er was wonderful. Doctors snd nurses were professional and friendly. My husband has spent days in hospital. Staff in ICU. And 3rd floor have all been wonderful
I had a post-op appointment at LAJ yesterday in Clarksburg, and my total time from sign in to sign out was less than 20 minutes. Great service as I have always received there.
I personally have been going to VA Hospitals all over the east from southern US to here. I have had my issues a the Clarksburg VA but through patient advocates fired the doctors I didn't like. The ER is the worst I've ever been to. But overall it is still the best VA I have ever went to.
