My dad, Andrew Summers, had surgery last week at the VA in Clarksburg, WV. The experience was exceptional. His surgeon, Dr. Sonny Tucker, has from the beginning been fantastic. Dr. Tucker went above and beyond even checking in dad over this weekend. He truly cares and has a great bedside manner. The surgery team, ICU team and the nurses provided such great care. I am ashamed of my va hospital they have let me down I have tried in every way to fix a problem so here I go and try anather way I have went to the louis a Johnson vamc since the 1990s I have ben a in payshent many times I have had more than 100 surigical procederies done at the va over the years I used to love my VA and would git mad and argue whith fellow VETS when they bad mouthed the VA I loved the va they were moveing heavan and earth keeping me alive from my 100%SC disa...Continue Reading
I want to thank the staff on the 3rd floor for caring. My husband was admitted and the care he recieved was excellent. The nurses and aides took the time to talk to him which means a kot. This is a great group. thanks
