They don't make you wait forever in Clarksburg like at other VAs
Honestly, there are some great providers here, but getting scheduled is an impossibility. @VAClarksburg is so booked up, you can't even get scheduled for mental health but every 6 weeks. Totally unacceptable. And yet, if one looks on USAJOBS website, @VAClarksburg is never hiring for counselors. Maybe for Social Work month you all could hire some Social Workers and Counselors? You all do know there is a mental health crisis among veterans right? Don't bother suggesting I call Patient Advocate, I am waiting for them to return... read more
Excellent treatment , very clean facility, professional doctor
Had to visit the emergency room. Quick response and caring staff.
My dad had called in morning to be seen by doc. His appointment was at 11:30 and we saw doc. On time and was on way home at 12:00. We have not had trouble with any appointments and always receive great care.
I had 1 day surgery today(3/2/2017) for a BAHA implant and ear tube placement, under Dr.Kellermyer. I staff in 1 day surgery was excellent, and made me feel at ease, explained every step of procedure to be done. I have had a couple other surgical ear procedures done since 2009, and have received nothing but the best from the team. I have other providers, for cardiology, podiatry, hearing aids, ENT, and Respiratory Therapy for CPAP and supplies. Everyone there is soo wonderful, just love it there.
