Recently built with Claridge Construction and we have been absolutely thrilled with the overall service, quality of build, price and personal attention given by the Claridge Team throughout the building process. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to build a new home to talk to the Claridge Construction team first.

I've never come across a building company like this in Australia - the only ones that come close at the top tier firms I've worked with in Europe. If you get the chance to use Claridge Construction, then don't hesitate. Take it and run! They leave all other builders in the industry behind. Huge shout out to Holly, who is simply amazing.

We have just passed the PSA Pre-Construction Process phase with Claridge and could not be happier with their work so far! The team is highly knowledgeable technically and they have high understanding of the local government processes to get approvals for our build. Our experience with Claridge Construction so far has been exceptional. The team has been very attentive to our needs and ideas, they provided thoughtful ideas for us to consider, showing their professionalism and expertise. Our block of land is very sloping and the team was able to come up with a design that honours the slope with minimal impact on the land.
