The personal training was an absolute joke. My first "trainer" told me he was learning how to be a trainer and then left me by myself to talk to his friends around the gym. Mind you they had no problem continuing to charge me for this service. My "trainer" failed to show for sessions and was extremely inexperienced overall. I understand everyone starts somewhere but don't charge over $200 for uncertified trainers. Impossible to cancel this membership.I have been trying to cancel this membership for over a year. I had purchased memberships for my kids years ago. They have not used the memberships in years. We no longer know what the member numbers are nor will they tell me when I email them. I am directed to cancel the membership online which I cannot do without the member number. Spoke with Faith the Operations Manager located at the Avondale location approximately 1 month after the last incident took place concerning my 2 year old daughter.10/13/22: A child care representative approached my fianc in the gym to notify us of a accident occurring in the kids room involving my 2 year old. Well I think they could better. I had an appointment for my free personal training assessment and the guy didnt show up. The staff ask me was I sure it was that location. Then the lady at desk said yes its this location. The a personal trainer I assume said he would call the gentle and no answer then he texted him no reply. So that was it. I called back the next day asked to speak to a manager and he said he was new but would find out what happened and call me back. Never called me back! stay away! As far as you can. pay $5 more at another gym. Total frauds at this location. While signing you up they don't talk about all the fine print and the issues you will have while cancelling it up.

False advertisement. Free pass but you have to make an appointment with ***** to get access to run on a treadmill. There is a gatekeeper and if you don't see someone after filling out gym information through website, you are still not able to enter the gym.

I just signed at Esporta Fitness in **************. I signed up and tried the gym out including personal training and it was not satisfying at all. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were nothing spectacular and I have been to places with better facilities that I had just listed in this sentence. Additionally, I tried personal training and it wasn't helpful. Now I want to leave and the gym wants to charge me over $900 to cancel the membership. Please think twice before signing up. They scammed my 80 year old mother who went in to inquire about a physical therapy session. She didn't have her glasses on and thought she was signing up for a free session paid for by ********* They stole her credit card information and signed her up for a $440 / month training plan! She finally noticed it after 7 charges of it on a credit card she's never used. I had to go into the facility to get a copy of the contract they forged. I requested a full refund and they said no. Worst gym ever. We have been waiting over 3 months for a heater for the pool. All they do is give you excuses and tell you it will be fixed soon. Another problem that other members have stated they can never get anyone to open on time. Corporate needs to get it's act together. Better off going to Healthtrax
