This is by far the best BBQ place in Springfield. The Burnt Ends are to Die For. The Brisket and Pulled Pork are amazing as well. Very excited to start coming in for Sunday Lunch this weekend.

Holy smokes! OK the BBQ was the bomb (obviously) but the bun itself... and the beans... equally as raving! Wow. And plenty big, I couldn't even eat it all! Go City Butcher!

This BBQ is fantastic and the people are very friendly! Tried the burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork, and turkey. All were outstanding.
Texas lady here. Finally found brisket almost as good as The Railhead in Ft. Worth. Your portions are nicer. Just need to tweak the sauce then you'll have it!
Brisket is very good, but their burnt ends are absolutely the best meat I've ever eaten. Too bad they're only sold Mon-Wed.
