Best brisket anywhere. Pulled pork is amazing too. Just get there early so they aren't sold out

I stopped in this afternoon to pick up some lunch for tomorrow. Turns out I'm going to need some new lunch plans for tomorrow. You guys are ridiculous.
This place is great! I enjoy their food and being originally from Kansas City it is difficult finding "good barbecue" outside of that area. I love that I can walk in and have everyone working there visibly having a good time and being so friendly. These guys love what they do and you can tell from the moment you walk in the door. I also like that they have added jalapeño sausage to their repetoir as it is a nice kick that isn't overpowering. You guys are doing it right, keep up the good work and keep having fun!!!
These guys really know what they are doing! The best brisket I have ever had!
I got a sample when they were at Huzzah and next time im in Springfield I will be bringing some home to Desoto Mo!!
We picked up some brisket and pulled pork for the 4th and it was awesome. Everyone agreed it was the best they had ever had. Keep up the good work guys!
Being from KC it is very hard to find beef done right around here and these guys nailed it!!
