Best brisket and burnt ends I have ever had! No doubt I will be back for more!
Best barbeque place in town. Most quality meat in Springfield.
I would recommend this establishment to anybody who likes good quality food.
City Butcher in Springfield served up some of THE BEST brisket I have EVER tasted! The ribs, although tasty, just couldn't stand up to Joe's KC standards. Did I mention the brisket is to die for? All hail the cows that sacrificed their lives to give us such taste! The customer service...unparalleled! I will visit EVERY time I'm in Springfield. (Note that the brisket is missing from the pic. I couldn't help it)
Excellent BBQ! This is one of the best options in the Midwest. Texas inspired, offering rare items like beef ribs and pork belly. The brisket is amazing as well. The service was warm and friendly. They also have an assortment of aged beef and sliced bacon for sale. We've found our favorite for BBQ in Springfield as we occasionally travel through the area.

Best brisket I've had in a long time. Not too long of a line. Great customer service. Love this place, definitely going back.
My Wife and I just had the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches, both were great, but the brisket was outstanding! That was the best brisket I've ever had. On top of the meat being good, the customer service was excellent and the southern buttermilk pie was fantastic.
