The best BBQ we've found in this area! Awesome brisket, cheddar jalapeño sausage, & strawberry rhubarb pie! We enjoyed the enthusiastic employees- it was very fun to eat here!

Good enough for a guy to treat his mom to! City Butcher has become one of the first places I'll recommend for Springfield barbecue. My family and I have a great experience every time we visit. The barbecue is definitely a treat, and it's easy to see the enthusiasm these guys have for serving quality food.
Great BBQ, great sides, and very friendly service. They were totally sold out of all food by 1:00 p.m. We had ribs, a pork belly sandwich and the jalapeño cheddar sausage.
Best ribs ever!! And the turkey,too! We have eaten here a few times and it is always good Sausages rock, jalapeno cheddar is the bomb!
Every time I go in, it's to get a meat treat for the hubby. I usually end up eating at least half of it! The burnt ends, the pulled pork, the brisket, all of it!
