I'm not a big fan of smoked meats because usually the smoke over powers but the brisket is perfect here! Tender, moist and full of a medley of flavors!

We tried the BBQ at City Butcher today and it is the best BBQ I have ever had! The brisket is amazing! It is so tender and flavorful. We also had the ribs and pulled pork and they are delicious too. The sauces are awesome! Everything has so much flavor. This is how BBQ is supposed to be done!

My husband and I say you can best judge a barbecue place by their brisket and they have absolutely the best brisket ever. I can't believe we've waited this long to eat here.
