Incredible authentic Texas BBQ. Best brisket around. Cooked right by guys who know that meat only needs 3-things: Salt, pepper & smoke. Keep killing it guys.

These guys catered our company Christmas party this past weekend and the food and service was top notch! We got a little of everything - delicious all around. The brisket was the moistest I've ever had. Everyone raved about the food. They aren't open Sunday's, but made an exception for our party - which involved a 2am start time! All of the food was well packaged and presented - and all of the condiments and fixens were included. Get your next event catered by City Butcher!
Amazing eats at this place a must try for all carnivores out there. And for the vegetarians out there the potato salad in pretty awesome too.
Pork Belly? Yes. Moist roast? Boom. Pork Tenderloin? Holy cow. Great spot, great grub; best barbecue in Springfield.

Really great Brisket! Whether you choose moist or lean you will not be disappointed! I haven't tried anything else because I can't make myself order something other than the brisket. The Smith Boys have it down. Good stuff guys!
City Butcher was awesome! Pulled pork sandwich was delicious and that house bbq sauce.... So good! Go try it out. You won't be disappointed!
