Best brisket I have ever had. Juicy, fork tender and full of flavor. Highly recommend! Love all three bbq sauces too. Will definitely be back again!
Hands down BEST BBQ IN SPRINGFIELD. This place is amazing. The brisket sandwich is just to die for. Everything about it is just scrumptious. I shouldn't talk this place up too much cause I see the lines are gonna get too long...

I have been to City Butcher twice this week! Food is amazing! I think the best BBQ in town!! Potato Salad is wonderful!!! I highly recommend!
The only thing wrong with this place is they are to far from my house! Great BBQ, and I tried it all. Get there fast because when it's gone, it's gone.
The ribs we got today were gone in a second. Liked the mustard too.
Duck pastrami is so good it will hurt your feelings. Also the brisket was moist, tender and ridiculously well flavored.

I'm not one to throw accolades around lightly. I hate most things if we're honest. This place however is the best BBQ you can find without driving for 3 hours. If you're not eating here when you want BBQ, you're only hurting yourself and you should probably be drug out into the street and shot to be put out of your misery.
